clinics:

give demonstrations and advice on what it takes to reach the highest
level. He will also share the knowledge that has been taught to him to
enable him to swim at World and European Championships for Great
Britain. Craig’s current coach; GB Coach Kevin Brooks will also be at
the camps providing the coaching during each session.
- The day will educate the swimmers and
parents on the basics of nutrition and how it has a huge impact on
their performances. It will also cover stroke technique and efficiency,
